Then I decided to give hand quilting a try. I had bought this preprinted square at a quilt show. So today I hooped it up am trying to learn that whole hand quilting rocking needle technique. Any advice is appreciated!

practice practice practice with the hand quilting. you will find a stitch and rhythm that you like before you know it
I can't wait to see you whip up that quilt! Love that fabric. I have quite a bit in my stash too :)
